Founded in 1982, Calian Technologies Ltd. is a Canadian-controlled, public corporation listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX:CTY). Over the years, Calian has grown in size and reputation, and has evolved into a company that provides business and technology services to industry and government in Canada and around the world.The Company is comprised of two divisions: the Systems Engineering Division (SED) and the Business and Technology Services (BTS) Division.
Located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, SED plans, designs and implements solutions for many of the world's space agencies and leading communications satellite manufacturers and operators. The BTS Division augments customer workforces with flexible short and long-term placements of individuals and teams, provides access to critical recruiting capabilities and delivers outsourcing services for a variety of technical and professional functions.
Headquartered in Kanata, Ontario, the BTS Division has offices in Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, Kingston, Halifax, Oromocto, Edmonton and Manassas, Virginia. Our core competencies are recruiting and workforce management. We offer a full range of services, from administrative support for short-term requirements to teams of trainers or IM/IT specialists for contracts of up to 10 years in length.
