Training

Calian has been providing training services since 1995, and is a major partner to the Department of National Defence in a wide range of services to numerous locations across Canada. Today, Calian manages over 750 multidisciplinary professionals in a wide variety of training domains. We also develop and deliver training to other government departments and agencies and to the private sector in domestic operations and emergency management environments.

Calian enables our clients to achieve their training objectives through instructor-led (classroom & laboratory) and simulation based (synthetic) environments. In addition, we have the experience necessary to effectively modernize courseware and distance learning production. Our team includes instructors, standard designers, e-learning flash developers, instructional developers, subject-matter experts, project managers and instructional designers.
