Help With Your Account
- I am having difficulty registering with Calian or accessing an existing account.

- I have registered and submitted my resume. What do I do now?
Please allow up to one business day for Calian to process your registration form.
You will receive an email confirming that your account has been created, as well as a link to direct you to the Account Activation page.
For security and privacy purposes, users are asked to choose a login name and password that is personal and easy to remember.
Once this is complete, users will have the ability to login to their account whenever they wish to update their personal profile or resume, or to apply for job opportunities with Calian.
- I received an email confirming that my account has been created, but I lost the link to the account activation page.

- I forget my login name or password.
If you have already registered and activated your account with Calian but forget your login name or password, we can email them to you. If you have forgotten your login name, click here. If you have forgotten your password, click here.
- I want to change my login name and/or my password.
Users are free to change their login name and/or their password at any time by clicking here.

- I have not received an email confirming that my account has been created, what do I do now?
A confirmation email is sent automatically within minutes of your registration. If you did not receive a confirmation email please try to confirm the following:
- That you are receiving outside emails.
- That your email program has not moved your confirmation to a spam folder
- There are no spelling errors in the email address provided in your registration form.
If the problem persists it could be a technical difficulty requiring intervention on our part. In this instance we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible during regular business hours.
