Description of Project or Company/Organization:
    Provide a functional Business Analyst to assist the SAP Support Centre in the support of the client’s SAP HR Payroll system; in particular payroll, time evaluation and time management operations.
Job Description:
  • Configure and test Quotas and dynamic actions
  • Configure and test payroll audit tools including pay journal
  • Assist with T4 balancing and production of T4’s and T4a’s
  • Provide advice and recommendations regarding appropriate use of the SAP HR modules in particular Payroll, Time Management and Time Evaluation in a support environment;
  • Analyze and define business requirements;
  • Provide advice on best business practices and standards associated with the use of both Time and Payroll modules;
  • Configure SAP HR modules (Pay and Time/schemas and rules) to address identified business requirements;
  • Participate in the preparation of test criteria, test scripts and cases supporting the functional and integration testing efforts;
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years experience providing support for a production environment
  • Experience with Enterprise version of SAP ECC 6.0
  • Experience with configuration of Payroll including pay journal, pay rules and schemas
  • Experience with configuration of Time Management rules and schemas including work schedules, absences, attendances and quotas
  • Experience with configuration of Time Evaluation schemas and rules
  • Experience with production and balancing of T4’s and T4a’s
