Description of Project or Company/Organization:
The Army Learning Support Centre requires a large team of Flash Programmers with previous experience to work in the area of courseware development. They will work with the Project Manager, Instructional Designers, other Developers and other ALSC staff, providing professional knowledge and advice on developing course material.
Job Description:
- Develop eLearning products for classroom and distributed training
- Produce eLearning products and interactive multimedia training aids using graphics, 3D, animation, photography, audio and video
- Programming in Action Script 3
- Conduct the development of custom interfaces and applications
- Conduct testing of asset and course functionality
- Act as project lead developer on assigned projects when required
- Prepare asset thumbnails, file management and upload / backup content to repository
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Must have a University Degree or College Diploma in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience Flash Action Script 2 or 3
- Must have developed and packaged at least 2 Computer Based or Web Based Training courses within the last 3 years
- Must have optimized for performance various Multimedia assets such as: audio, video or still images for a minimum of 2 eLearning products
- Minimum of 3 years experience in programming web-based applications using Java, C-based language, or scripting language, as well as, database and/or file structured back-ends
